It took me about 15 minutes to make a backup of the database, upload the new files, change the database settings, and move the subfolder install to the live folder. Then I spent another 10 minutes configuring the link types, replacing the logo from the last installation, and adding a couple of widgets. Overall, it seems pretty simple to use. I'm excited!
